Experience
• 0–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content roles
• Experience working with brands, agencies, or retail / consumer-focused businesses is an advantage
Qualification
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related field
Job Description
• Planning & developing clear and engaging content that is consistent across social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Design Digital campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Give clear direction and inspiration to creative teams in developing engaging concepts.
• Analyzing content marketing data to identify trends and anticipate consumer needs.
• Performing content audits to assess how well existing content is performing.
• Creating, adjusting, and managing the social media calendar.
• Developing a solid understanding of the target audience through online and traditional market research.
• Consistent and strong collaborator who elevates the work of cross-functional.
KPIs
• Increase social followers organically by 10% month over month
• Ensure the business goals are met without exceeding the approved budget
• Timely response to customer comments and direct messages
• Increase the social engagements in all the pages by 10% month over month
• Oversee the paid campaigns and optimize the ROAS month over month
Knowledge Required:
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, formats, algorithms, and best practices.
• Working knowledge of content analytics, platform insights, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with SMM tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of paid social advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
• Awareness of brand communication principles, digital trends, and consumer behavior.
